Resource Allocation Competition (RAC) 2020 Information Session

The annual Compute Canada “Resource Allocation Competition” (RAC) begins this month with submissions starting on September 24, 2019 and ending November 7, 2019. The competition is used to allocate computational resources for research projects for the period of April 2020 – March 2021.
There are limited computational resources available across Canada, so researchers who need substantial computational resources are strongly advised to apply.

The Centre for Advanced Computing is committed to helping  researchers at Queen’s University and the Royal Military college access the computational resources they need.

Join us for an informational session that details an overview of the Resource Allocation Competition process, answers questions, and arranges for further consultation. The sessions are designed for novices to such applications, as well as those who would like to be informed about changes from previous years.
