If you have questions or need assistance using your account, create a “Help Ticket” by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our user support people will respond within 1 business day. Please supply any additional information that might help us find a solution.
Help Files (Frequently Asked Questions)
For many of the application software packages, as well as system and other tools, CAC provides introductory help files, called “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQ’s). These are focused on the usage on our systems, but also contain pointers to manuals and other websites with more detailed help.
